Return/Refund Policy

All products purchased at Silver Stream may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase.

Christmas gift purchases may be returned until January 31st.

The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:

  1. All products must be returned in their original unused condition.
  2. The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.
  3. Refunds are not available for items that are damaged after purchase.

To return or exchange a product: Return an item by U.S.Mail.

We recommend that you use a box or a padded mailing envelope.
Do not ship returns in a plain letter type envelope. If you do so,
your item may be damaged in shipping and you will not be entitled
to an exchange or refund.

We recommend that you insure your package.
A delivery confirmation is also recommended.
