Sterling Silver Antique Alvin "Unknown Pattern" Spoon Ring. (Size 5, 6, 7, 8) These are engraved with either a "S" or an "R" on top. (This ring was made by our jeweler from a "Unknown Pattern" demitasse spoon manufactured by Alvin. Date unknown.) This ring is adjustable and can only be sized up or down from a size 4 to a size 10. If you need a different size than what is listed, please enter your ring size in the space provided below.
